Summer Sale is here (but not for long)

Here are some highlights we think you’ll like

In case you missed it, there’s a Summer Sale happening. To celebrate the warmest season, we made iconic skate art editions available for up to 70% off. If you’re a fan of Jean-Michel BASQUIAT, Claudia COMTE or George HILDEBRANDT (or if you simply like a good deal) check out these artworks with uniquely reduced prices. Be quick – sale ends in two weeks.

Here are a few Summer Sale highlights you might like:

Kelley WALKER - Laughing we joked about how we had always wanted a sunken living room

This limited edition pentaptych is a larger-than-life manifestation of WALKER’s phenomenal technique. Through a process of copy, cut and reprinting, he creates worlds which are odd, violent, captivating and even humorous. Look closely to find computer glitches and contrasting elements scattered across the monumental photograph. With this piece on your wall, you might never look away again.

Paul MCCARTHY - Ass Hole

Originally made as posters for the Women’s March in 2017, this collection by Paul MCCARTHY doesn’t hold back when it comes to his political views and, might we add, for good reason. Seven years later, the artworks are still as topical as they were then. Luckily, now they are also 70% off, so you can indulge your frustrations without remorse.

Keith HARING - Untitled (Inferno)

Known for his colorful imagery and hopeful messaging, Keith HARING also produced this bold depiction of an inferno. The skeletal blue creature looks blankly ahead, while reptilian beasts emerge from its disintegrated head. However, within this picture of fiery chaos, you can still make out the instantly-recognizable silhouettes of human figures and a barking dog. The edition may be darker than usual, but it’s still a HARING at the end of the day.

Wayne THIEBAUD - Tomato Bowl

There is nothing like some freshly picked vegetables from a summer garden. THIEBAUD’s solo edition is a still-life marvel, presenting nothing but a bowl of cherry-red tomatoes. Just picture seeing this in your kitchen, first thing in the morning, with a whole day of simple wonders ahead of you. In this simplicity, lies the power of this edition. Now with a 50% discount. Just because.

Marc LESCHELIER - Shred

Anyone picked up a skateboard this summer? Here’s a souvenir of that that will last you forever. Marc LESCHELIER created his Shred series during a televised performance at THE SKATEROOM. Each solo edition was individually “shredded” on a cinderblock sculpture, to reveal the color of the skateboard beneath. A must-have for skate enthusiasts, lovers of performance art and cool people.

Andy WARHOL - Dollar Sign

When you score a certified WARHOL on Summer Sale, you might as well celebrate with a colorful dollar sign. He’d want it that way.

Claudia COMTE - Dry Land

Are we laughing in enjoyment of the sun, or is every heat wave cause for environmental anxiety? Claudia COMTE uses comic book imagery to explore our ethical position in the face of the climate crisis, within a world which causes us both pleasure and tragedy.

Tobias SPICHTIG - Sunglasses

Since it’s summertime, you probably need sunglasses, and we don’t mean just on your face. Tobias SPICHTIG created a series of iconic shades displayed across solid-color backgrounds. The solo editions are lighthearted, subtle and with a trendy vintage edge. Here to protect your eyes, and your walls, from mundanity.

There is much more where these came from! Check out all the reduced editions and treat yourself to some new art this Summer.
