Returned products must:

Be securely packed to avoid damage in transit

Shipping fees and return labels

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If you would like us to provide a return shipping label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund

We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure the item arrives safely
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
International orders
Orders shipped outside the European Union may incur customs duties or import taxes. These charges are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer.
