Formed in 1993, the band’s original (and current) members consist of James “Munky” Shaffer, Reginald “Fieldy” Arvizu, Brian “Head” Welch and Jonathan Davis. Their self-titled debut album
remains one of the most influential releases of the genre, often hailed as a new wave of metal. KoRn has sold over 40 million records worldwide and garnered a loyal audience who praise the group for their unique instrumentalization, eclectic influences and powerful lyrics which tap into the vulnerabilities, longings and rebellions of their fans.
