Update: Special Olympics South Africa!

Quick update about the social project supported through our collaboration with the Van Gogh Museum: The pilot program is well underway!

20 children with intellectual disabilities have participated in 3 skating sessions so far, aiming to grow their confidence, experience freedom, and learn new life skills. Amazing work by Skateistan for Special Olympics South Africa’s athletes!

“At first I was scared but after the introductions and training, I am getting better. This is my new sport and I am going to buy myself a board to practice at home.
